Hi, I’m Zoé Gagné, a passionate Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
After earning my high school diploma in North Bay, I pursued my dream of becoming an RMT by enrolling in Collège Boréal’s three-year Bilingual Massage Therapy program in Sudbury. I graduated with honors in 2023, equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
I am certified in cupping, hot stone massage, muscle scraping (IASTM), and taping, with specialized training in perinatal and pregnancy massage, including high-risk and complex cases. My practice has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of conditions, such as frozen shoulder, chronic migraines, TMJ syndrome, arthritis, and more.
In addition to techniques like Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and myofascial release, I bring a holistic and client-centered approach to every session. My experience includes working with the Sudbury Five professional basketball team, which deepened my understanding of sports injuries and performance recovery.
My passion for massage therapy is rooted in my love for helping people. I’ve always been active, playing and enjoying sports throughout my life, which gives me a unique perspective on physical health and recovery. As a Registered Health Care Professional, I recognize the gaps in the healthcare system and strive to bridge them by truly listening to my clients and creating personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
